Welcome to 2009 !!

I don't know if you are like me and not sorry to see the end of 2008?  I feel liberated, free and like areas of my life that felt very stuck have suddenly become fluid and soft and maleable once more ~ hurrah to that.

So in the spirit of good things, this morning when I was walking Sammy in the fields I could here that song, "All ways look on the bright side of life" do you remember it?

I was thinking that I like the idea of that, and began to think of all the things I could look on the bright side about...and of course when you put your mind to it, there is always loads....

The days are getting lighter - hurrah

I feel free, excited, inspired at all the new possibilities of 2009

The nasty cut and stitches in my hand, could have been worse ( and I get out of the washing up, as my hand is banadaged!)

You get the picture......how can you look on the bright side of life today..and tomorrow ...and the day after?  go on play along, you could even reply to this and tell the world...

So I love you all for 2009 may your heart be freed from bondage forever and may you Know Joy and Peace beyond your wildest dreams.

WOW - can you believe we are so close to the end of the year? where has the year gone, what have you experienced, where has the spiral and flow of life taken you .....

LAst weekend I spent a great weekend in Sheffield Dancing with the School of Movement Medicine, which was fab to breathe our Sacred Spirit into our bodies...I am so into that.  Being the Embodiment of Love, breathing in the Divine flow into the physicality of our bodies...it was great, music was soo good, I have downloaded loads of great tunes to my I-pod and am happily dancing away now...

Hello beautiful Light - Hearts,

How are you all?  I am feeling very blessed at the moment after spending two days in Ireland receiving Darshan from Amma which was so wonderful.  Her love and compassion shining through healed me and returned me to Wholeness again.  I found the event in Dublin to be so much different to her London event last month even thought that was fabulous also.  Something about Ireland I found to be calmer, and more peaceful and I left feeling really healed.  (I can't wait for next year!).

Also we ran a beautiful group Awakening to Grace event here at our home on Sunday, which was lovely.  I am so enjoying holding these events at home, we are so blessed with this beautiful house, and the peaceful and pure vibrations are just right for a day soaking up the energies of the Divine.

The next event is being run on Sunday December 21st at our home, and I have four spaces available at this time, the theme for the day is Celebrating the Divine Feminine. As it will be the Winter Solstice, my birthday weekend and very nearly Christmas, so a perfect opportunity for celebrating in the loving embrace of the Divine. Hello beautiful ones.. this came to me this morning, it is an adaption of a gaelic prayer and I love it.  I am so looking forward to being "back" as life has been very hectic for some time now, and I am now creating space to be so I can settle down infront of the fire for the winter and write to you all...  keep checking by.
